There are four categories for dues. They are:
Associate (Assoc.) - New members
Active in House (AIH) - Regular members living in the chapter house
Active out of House Time Met (AOHTM) - Regular members not living in the chapter house.
Active out of House Time Not Met (AOHTNM) - Regular members not living in the chapter house who have not
met their in house time obligation.
Associate Dues (Assoc.)
One time fee of about $450 (all of which goes to our National Fraternity and the UND IntraFraternity Council)
Covers: Monday Meals, Association fee, Initiation Fee, Liability Insurance, IFC and National Dues, and Badges.
Not covered: Meal Plan, Formals, and Fines (if any)
Active in House Dues (AIH)
Semesterly Fee of $1800 to $2400 (depending on number of members living in house)
Covers: Four Months Rent and Utilities, Meal Plan (ten meals a week), Officer Budgets, Liability Insurance, IFC and National Dues, and House Upkeep
Not Covered: Formals, and Fines (if any)
Active out of House Time Met Dues (AOHTM)
Semesterly Fee of $450-$650 (depending on number of members)
Covers: Monday Meals, Officer Budgets, Liability Insurance, and IFC and National Dues
Not Covered: Meal Plan, Formals, and Fines (if any)
Active out of House Time Not Met Dues (AOHTNM)
Semesterly Fee of $700 to $1000 (depending on number of members)
Covers: Monday Meals, Officer Budgets, Liability Insurance, and IFC and National Dues
Not Covered: Meal Plan, Formals, and Fines (if any)
Note: Difference between AOHTNM and AOHTM is because AOHTNM still contributes to Rent, Utilities, and House Upkeep.
